Police: Suspect orders chocolate milk, robs Waffle House at gunpoint

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) – Police are working to identify a man who reportedly robbed the 100 Oaks Waffle House at gunpoint last week.

It happened at the Sidco Drive location around 4:15 a.m.

According to Metro police, the gunman entered the restaurant, ordered chocolate milk before walking to the restroom.

After the suspect exited the restroom, he went to pay his bill and allegedly pulled out a handgun. He took cash from the register before fleeing in a dark-colored Mitsubishi sedan, according to police.

The suspect was described as in his mid-20s, 6 feet tall and 180 pounds. He was wearing blue pants with stripes, a black T-shirt and military-style green floppy hat with a flag on the front.
