Man injured in shooting at J.C. Napier homes

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) – A man was injured when he was shot in the arm in south Nashville Tuesday night.

It happened at the J.C. Napier homes on Lewis Street around 11 p.m.

Metro police told News 2 the victim was involved in an argument before the shooting but no arrests have been made.

The man was transported to an area hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

The suspect was described by police as a black man with dreadlocks wearing a gray sleeveless shirt.

No additional information was immediately released.
