NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — The U.S. Navy Blue Angels will resume the team’s 2016 schedule in early July.
The team will take to the skies again on July 2 through July 4 in Traverse City, Michigan. They will fly a modified five jet demonstration in Traverse City, along with Fat Albert, the Blue Angels C-130.
The team was temporarily grounded and cancelled shows following a crash on June 2 during a practice in Smyrna, Tenn., in which Marine Capt. Jeff Kuss was killed.

The Blue Angels held its first training flight following the crash on June 16 in Pensacola, Florida.
