NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) – A teen was stabbed multiple times during a reported drug deal in south Nashville late Thursday night.
It happened near Stillmeadow Drive and Deer Trace around 11:30 p.m.
The teen told Metro police he went to the area to purchase drugs when he was allegedly assaulted by another teen and a unknown suspect.
According to police, the teen was stabbed three times in the back.
The suspects fled in a black Range Rover and the victim left the scene.
The teen was transported to Vanderbilt University Medical Center where he is listed in stable condition with non-life threatening injuries.
The stabbing remains under investigation.
No additional information was released.
