NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) – An 18-year-old man was grazed by a bullet while walking in north Nashville late Wednesday night.
It happened on Richmond Hills Drive around 11 p.m.
Metro police told News 2 they first received a call about two people shooting at each other in the area.
A short time later, they received a second call reporting an 18-year-old suffered a gunshot wound to his leg while walking on Richmond Hills Drive, according to police.
The victim was transported to TriStar Skyline Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries.
Police are investigating to determine if the victim was targeted or a bystander.
A bullet was removed from a nearby residence.
No suspect description was immediately released.
