NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) – An abandoned home was severely damaged by fire Saturday night south of downtown Nashville.
It happened on Fourth Avenue South near Mallory Street around 10 p.m.
Chief Byers with the Nashville Fire Department said the fire was possibly started by homeless people living in the home.
Crews were able to get the fire under control but not before the home was severely damaged.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
