Someone at Whole Foods recognizes man wanted for credit card fraud

FRANKLIN, Tenn. (WKRN) – While someone was at Whole Foods on Thursday, they spotted a man wanted for using a stolen debit card.

Jullianou Palermo is accused of using the stolen card to obtain over $500 on May 16 from a Tigermart and Walgreens on Cool Springs Boulevard.

Franklin police released surveillance photos of the suspect on Wednesday. He was then spotted by a citizen the following day at the Whole Foods on McEwen Drive.

He’s been charged with a class E felony of fraudulent use of a debit card and is now free on $2,500 bond.

Palermo is due in court June 9.
