NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) – A serial bank robber is being sought by the Metro Nashville Police Department and Federal Bureau of Investigation.
According to police, a man wearing fake facial hair robbed the Regions on Gallatin Avenue in East Nashville around 1 p.m. He was approached by bank employees and wound up leaving without making any robbery demands.
About an hour later, the same man robbed the US Bank inside the Publix on Lebanon Pike around 2 p.m. Thursday.
The FBI believes he’s also the same man who robbed the SunTrust on West End Avenue in late April and the Regions on Nashville Pike a few days later.
During both of those incidents, the robber wore a fake beard.
Anyone recognizing this man from the surveillance photographs is asked to contact Crime Stoppers at 615-742-7463.
