NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) – An Antioch woman says she is grateful to be alive after she was caught in the crossfire of two drivers shooting at each other at a Nashville intersection over the weekend.

Sarah Guest told New 2 she is shaken by what happened.

Her car is marred with large bullet holes and she says she came close to becoming a victim of senseless violence.

Guest said she pulled up to the intersection of Antioch Pike and Franklin Limestone Road Sunday around 4 p.m. when two cars pulled up beside her and started shooting at each other.

“I heard a shot,” she recalled. “I didn’t really know what was going on. I looked up and I saw a gun pointed in my direction, so I ducked down and I hear ammunition hitting my car.”

Guest told News 2 it happened so fast, she didn’t get a suspect or vehicle description.

She has since filed a police report and authorities are investigating.

Anyone with information is urged to call Crime Stoppers at 615-74-CRIME.
