MURFREESBORO, Tenn. (WKRN) – The Siegel High School community will play basketball Saturday to help an injured football player’s family.

Baylor Bramble was hurt during a game last October.

He suffered a head injury and received treatment at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville before being transferred to an out-of-town facility.

He still continues to undergo rehabilitation. The 17-year-old is expected to return to his Rutherford County home next week.

During Saturday’s Bramble Bash friends will compete in a five-on-five basketball tournament.

Money raised during the event will help with Bramble’s medical bills.
