The hometown team departed for Anaheim at 1 p.m.

“You’re there and you’re focused on one thing and that’s game one,” Captain Shea Weber said.

The Predators will begin their series against the Anaheim Ducks on Friday night. The first home playoff game will be on Tuesday.

“We know we’re a good team and confident in our ability and we know they have a great team as well. It’s going to be fun,” Weber said.
