Suspect flees after taking cash, cigarettes from gas station

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) – Metro police are searching for the man who entered a gas station and demanded money at gunpoint.

It happened at the Twice Daily located at 501 Hickory Hills Blvd.

The suspect ultimately fled with money and cigarettes.

No injuries were reported.

The suspect is described as a black male in his mid-20s.

He was last seen wearing a white hooded sweatshirt and gray sweatpants. He had a white handkerchief around his face at the time.

The unidentified man fled the scene in a small silver four-door vehicle.
