NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) – It was a short stint in Knoxville for forward Ray Kasongo. He’ll be transferring after just one season at Tennessee.
Kasongo averaged just 1.4 points and 1.5 rebounds in 22 games for the Vols last year.
The 6 foot 8 inch player still has two years of eligibility left but must play at a lower division to avoid sitting out a year.
With the loss of Kasongo, the Vols now have one opening in their 2016 signing class.
