NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) – The Tennessee Titans have signed free agent safety Rashad Johnson on a one-year contract.
Johnson spent seven seasons with the Arizona Cardinals after he was selected in the third round of the 2009 NFL draft.
Prior to his work in the NFL, he was a walk-on running back for the University of Alabama.
He is well-known for losing the tip of his left middle finger in a game against the New Orleans Saints on Sept. 22, 2013.
The Sulligent, Alabama native has collected 330 tackles, 15 interceptions, 26 passes defensed, one sack, four fumble recoveries, one forced fumble and 49 special teams tackles during his 100 career games.
