NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) – Public intoxication charges against former Lebanon councilwoman, Kathy Warmath, were dropped Wednesday.
Warmath was arrested last month following a public meeting.
Her attorney, Jack Lowery, said in a previous statement that his client had suffered from an “abnormal reaction to medication.”
Warmath resigned from her position as a councilwoman shortly after her arrest.
She held the position for more than 20 years.
Lowery is expected to release a statement regarding the dismissed charges later Wednesday.
