RUTHERFORD COUNTY, Tenn. (WKRN) – TNReady testing will be delayed again in Rutherford County, a schools spokesman said Wednesday.
According to spokesman James Evans, students were originally planned to begin testing on Monday, March 14.
He told News 2 schools have yet to receive the testing materials from the state. As of Tuesday, according to Evans, schools were told they would receive the needed materials on Wednesday.
Evans said Rutherford County schools are planning to delay the testing until March 16, assuming testing materials arrive soon.
Students were initially scheduled to take the tests last month but were unable to do so after the online system had failed. Students will now take the tests via paper and pencil.
