NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) – There’s a new opportunity for veteran entrepreneurs in Nashville. Bunker Labs has expanded.

The Bunker targets existing veteran-owned startups and aspiring entrepreneurs to create and conquer the business world.

Bunker Labs Nashville has also partnered with the Nashville Entrepreneur Center for year-round programming.

An accelerator program is also being offered for veterans and is slated to begin this April and end this fall.

Mayor Megan Barry spoke about the new opportunity at an event Wednesday morning.

“I think what’s going to come out of this and the experiences the entrepreneurs who are veterans would have is going to be monumental for Nashville as we continue to grow and expand our economy here veterans are a key part of that,” Barry said.

Comcast, which was founded by a US Navy veteran, sponsors Bunker Labs.
