MURFREESBORO, Tenn. (WKRN) – One of the world’s largest service club organizations is on a mission to help others.
Members of the Murfreesboro Noon Lions Club are on a nine-day bus tour.
They’ll be meeting with other Lions Club members in other states to address needs in their community.
“We’re working to improve clean water and clean air and realize, of course, is that a lot of the diseases around the world, frankly, is lack of sanitation, lack of clean water,” said Bob Corlew, the First Vice President of Lions Club International.
The group will visit other parts of state then continue on to eight other Southern states.
