NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) – Metro Animal Control and Control is offering $14 adoption Friday and Saturday for Valentine’s weekend.
“We hope this unique promotion will help to bring more awareness to the importance of animal adoption and ultimately help more animals find home,” spokeswoman Rebecca Morris said.
Animal Control is expecting higher-than-average traffic for the “Love is in the Air” adoption event.
To help streamline the adoption process, interested adopters should be prepared with a valid form of ID, proof of address and a copy of the lease agreement/pet policy if renting.
All adopters must meet MACC’s adoption requirements. Click here to view the requirements.
Metro Animal Control is located at 5125 Harding Place. They’re open for adoption Monday through Wednesday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Thursday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Friday and Saturday 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
All adoptable animals are spayed or neutered, microchipped and vaccinated.
