MACON COUNTY, Tenn. (WKRN) — The son of the man accused of killing 7-year-old Gabbi Doolin, appeared in court Friday to face four counts of statutory rape in an unrelated case.
Bradley Madden, 20, was booked into the Macon County jail last Thursday. He was extradited from Kentucky where he was being held after he allegedly threatened the Scottsville Police Department.
Madden is said to be at least four years older than the alleged victim who is from Tennessee and at least 13 years old but younger than 18.
His father, Timothy Madden, is charged with kidnapping, rape, sodomy and murder for Doolin’s death. The 7-year-old was found dead on Nov. 14 in a small stream of water after she was reported missing at a little league football game.
