CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) – Authorities said a man who was captured on video walking around a Clarksville neighborhood naked will not face any charges.
Authorities told News 2 the man has a medical condition and is seeking treatment.
They added that physical measures are being put in place so it doesn’t happen again.
Investigators said they will continue to monitor the man to make sure he does not violate the measures.
The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office released a statement saying the man has no criminal history and investigators found no criminal intent in his actions. At this time he does not pose an immediate danger to the community.
Clarksville police initially indicated the man was attempting to break into several homes in the areas of Prince, E. Regent and Trelawny drives.
A release by police said he had shown up in those areas on more than one occasion around 11 p.m. or 4:30 a.m.
