NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) – A man was killed inside his Bordeaux residence during a home invasion early Wednesday morning.
It happened at a home in the 3200 block of Curtis Street around 12:40 a.m.
According to police, a man visiting Laltaro Guinn, said he stepped outside the home to have a cigarette when he was confronted by two masked gunmen.
The men forced the man back inside the home and ordered everyone in the residence to the floor.
The suspects were allegedly asking, “Where’s it at?”
Shots were fired, striking 36-year-old Guinn.
According to a release, it has been reported to police that Guinn, a convicted drug felon, was a cocaine and Xanax dealer. The gunmen searched Guinn before fleeing.
They were described as two black men in dark clothing, wearing hooded sweatshirts and masks, one of which was green.
Police said the men may have left in a silver sedan.
