LEBANON, Tenn. (WKRN) – A woman, her son, two dogs and cats are all safe after their Lebanon home caught fire Thursday afternoon.
When firefighters arrived to the East Adams Avenue house, there was heavy smoke and flames were visible from the back of it.
Firefighters reportedly began attacking the flames from the front entrance.
Strong winds fed the flames into the attic, causing fire personnel to retreat and fight the flames from the outside.
It took about 20 minutes to get the fire under control. No one was injured.
The Red Cross was called in to assist the family as they were displaced.
