South Nashville gas station robbed at gunpoint

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) – Police are investigating after two men robbed a south Nashville gas station at gunpoint Friday night.

It happened at the Mapco on Lebanon Road near Spence Lane around 11 p.m.

Police told News 2 the suspects entered the store, pointed a gun at the clerk and demanded cash and cigarettes.

The suspects were described as wearing all-black clothing with their faces covered.

No additional information was immediately released.
