SCOTTSVILLE, Ky. (WKRN) – Bradley Madden, the son of the man accused of killing 7-year-old Gabbi Doolin, has been indicted on four counts of statutory rape by a Macon County, Tennessee, grand jury in an unrelated case.
Sheriff Mark Gammons told News 2 the investigation involving Madden has been ongoing for approximately three months.
According to an indictment obtained by News 2, the victim is at least 13 years old but younger than 18. The indictment also stated Madden is at least four years older than the victim.
The 20-year-old is currently jailed in Simpson County, Kentucky, after he was arrested in November for allegedly threatening the Scottsville Police Department.
Bradley Madden will be extradited back to Tennessee to face the new charges against him. He’s due in court Feb. 12.
His father, Timothy Madden, is charged with kidnapping, rape, sodomy and murder for Doolin’s death. The 7-year-old was found dead on Nov. 14 in a small stream of water after she was reported missing at a little league football game.
