NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — Three young men from Tennessee have been selected to play in the 2016 International Bowl.
The 91 middle school football players are split into two teams, the Stars and the Stripes.
Offensive lineman Wesley Hickle of Maury Middle School in Dandridge was selected to play in the Feb. 3 game.
Ethan Holsenbeck, a defensive lineman for Spring Station Middle School in Spring Hill will also play in the game.
Quarterback Jack Stephens will represent Evangelical Christian School in Germantown for the Stars.
The game will be at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas at 1 p.m.
The event will be the result of a week of practices and activities for the players.
