SMYRNA, Tenn. (WKRN) — Four men are being charged after a robbery related to the sale of narcotics at a Smyrna home Saturday, Jan. 2.
Glenn Roby and Adrin Ohaekwe were charged with especially aggravated robbery and aggravated assault after Dallas Padgett was shot during the incident.
Roby turned himself in and police found Ohaekwe dead the following day.
Since the incident, Smyrna police have issued warrants for the other individuals involved.
- Padgett is charged with possession of schedule VI for resale and conspiracy to commit the sale of schedule VI.
- Cody Murray is charged with conspiracy to commit the sale of schedule VI.
- Graden Strange is charged with conspiracy to commit the sale of schedule VI and driving on a suspended license.
- Michael Murray is charged with simple possession of schedule VI and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Police told News 2 the men know about their charges and are working on having them served.
