EAGLEVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) – Firefighters were called to a fully-engulfed house fire in Eagleville early Monday morning.
It happened on Rocky Glade Road near Morgan Road around 4:30 a.m.
A motorist passing by noticed the blaze and called 911.
The home was actually owned by an Eagleville firefighter who had rented it out to tenants.
The tenants moved out of the home over the weekend after a dispute with the owner, according to Captain Sloan with the Rutherford County Fire and Rescue.
No one was injured. It is not immediately known what caused the fire.
Crews were unable to salvage much of the structure and will return later this week to look for clues.
