MURFREESBORO, Tenn. (WKRN) – A Blackman High School teacher was charged with DUI Monday.
Jeanette Noffsinger, 51, was arrested after an officer responding to an accident on Franklin Road noted the odor of alcohol on her.
She was allegedly unsteady on her feet with glazed eyes and failed field sobriety tests.
James Evans, the Community Relations Coordinator for Rutherford County Schools told News 2 the school board requires employees to report arrests within 72 hours to their supervisor, which Noffsinger did.
She remains a teacher at Blackman High School, according to Evans.
