HENDERSONVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) – It’s a unique event that brings Christmas to kids in need utilizing the tour buses of country singers.
For a fee, fans could go inside the buses used by Cassadee Pope, Darryl Worley, Lonestar and T.G. Shepherd to tour them Monday.
There were also 20 to 30 recording artists there to meet fans and sign autographs.
“This is my first year doing this. I’m usually out on the road or just out of town. I’m so thrilled,” said Julie Roberts. “My tour bus is red, on the outside is red, which I love for Christmas so I’m just excited to be here.”
All the money raised goes to children in Sumner County for a shopping spree, which they’ll do Tuesday morning at the Hendersonville Walmart.
