1 brother wanted for liquor store burglaries in custody

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) – One of the brothers wanted in connection to two recent liquor store burglaries is now in custody.

At the time of his arrest, police said Roger Black, 50, was on parole and had multiple burglary convictions in Davidson, Cumberland and Bledsoe counties.

Black was wanted by police after JT Liquors on Murfreesboro Pike and Discount Liquor & Tobacco on Richlands Road were both burglarized last month.

His brother, 52-year-old William Black, remains at large.

Police said he has multiple convictions for burglary, aggravated assault and escape in Davidson County.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts is urged to call police at 615-862-8600.

The two brothers are also under investigation in connection to other south Nashville burglaries.
