Charges upgraded for man in Nashville teen’s nightclub murder

Christian Evans

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) – The man accused of killing another teenager inside a Nashville nightclub has been indicted on two counts of first-degree murder by a grand jury.

Christian Evans was originally charged with criminal homicide in the death of Brandon Williams, who died after being shot inside the Kilimanjaro nightclub on May 31.

December’s grand jury report shows his charges have since been upgraded to one count of premediated/intentional first-degree murder and one count of felony first-degree murder.

Evans remains in the Metro jail without bond.

Kilimanjaro has since been restricted on what alcohol it can sell.
