NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) – As the city gears up for the Christmas Parade held Saturday morning, the Nashville Convention and Visitors Corps is looking forward to the next big party.
The Bash on Broadway will be held downtown on New Year’s Eve.
Last year, 130,000 people swarmed Lower Broad to ring in 2015. Lady Antebellum, Gavin DeGraw and Charles Esten performed.
This year, Kings of Leon is the headline.
“When you have arguably the biggest rock band in the world playing before a hometown crowd, they’re going to do it right and people are going to come from all over the world to Nashville for New Year’s Eve,” said Butch Spyridon, the CEO of the visitors corps.
Chris Stapleton will also play the Bash on Broadway this year.
