HERMITAGE, Tenn. (WKRN) — A seatbelt violation landed two men in jail Friday.
James Berzoza, 37, was driving on Castlegate Drive in Hermitage when police pulled him over.
Police then discovered Berzoza had an outstanding warrant for violating an order of protection.
Upon inspecting the vehicle, police reportedly found 6.3 grams of crystal meth, drug paraphernalia and $760.
A search warrant was then executed at the home of Joshua Shannon in the 2000 block of Nashboro Village.
Police said they then found one pound of crystal meth, 1.5 gallons of gamma-Hydroxybutyric acid and $6,465 in the home.
Berzoza is being held on $20,000 bond for drug possession in a school zone and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.
Shannon is charged with possessing meth and GHB with intent to sell, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and drug possession.
He is being held on $180,000 bond.
