Columbia man arrested after exposing himself in store parking lot

FRANKLIN, Tenn. (WKRN) – A Columbia man was arrested at a Franklin grocery store on Wednesday for indecent exposure.

Police said they were called to the Kroger on Columbia Avenue around 2 p.m.

Upon their arrival, two victims reported seeing 25-year-old Joseph Pemerton exposing himself in his black Ford Escape.

Pemerton, a convicted felon, was arrested and was charged with indecent exposure. He has since been released on a $500 bond and is due in court next Thursday afternoon.
