Top 10 ‘Most Wanted’ fugitive arrested in Manchester

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) – A man on the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation’s Top 10 “Most Wanted” list was taken into custody Sunday night in Manchester.

According to a release, Earl Taylor was found at the Scottish Inn Hotel.

The Winchester man was wanted by the TBI and the Bedford County Sheriff’s Office for Criminal Homicide in connection to the shooting death of Angela Kibble in September in Shelbyville.

He was added to their Top Ten Most Wanted list on October 8.

Taylor, 30, was booked into the Coffee County Jail where he is being held while waiting to be transferred to Bedford County.
