Police search for 2 suspects in Bellevue Mapco robbery

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) – A Mapco gas station in Bellevue was robbed by two people early Monday morning and police are searching for the suspects.

It happened at the intersection of Old Hickory Boulevard and Highway 70 South near Kroger around 1 a.m.

Police on scene told News 2 that two men wearing masks and hoodies walked in and took money from the register.

At least one of them had a gun, but no one was injured.

The two ran away on foot toward the Iroquois Apartment Complex, according to police, and K9 officers were called in to track them.

Police did not locate the suspects, but they did find the masks and hoodies nearby.
