DECATUR COUNTY, Tenn. (WKRN) – There was a very short conference call among all the players in the Holly Bobo murder case on Wednesday.
Judge McGinley informed all attorneys and the prosecution that the next hearing date will be Nov. 18 at the Decatur County courthouse.
TIMELINE: Holly Bobo abduction, murder
No other dates were released.
There is also no progress yet in getting the defense all the discovery material.
It’s still unclear whether the defendants will be tried together or separately. However, in June, News 2 learned the state plans to seek the death penalty against Jason Autry, Zachary Adams and his brother Dylan Adams.
All three are charged in Bobo’s 2011 disappearance, rape and death and remain behind bars.
