SPRINGFIELD, Tenn. (WKRN) – Threats have been reported at two Middle Tennessee schools late Friday morning.
Bransford Elementary was evacuated late Friday morning after the school received a threat.
According to Robertson County school spokesman Jim Bellis, the school received a call around 10:15 a.m.
Students were taken to a nearby building.
The school is being inspected.
If no threat is found, students will return to the school and will be dismissed at their normal time.
In a separate incident, students at East Hickman Elementary were also evacuated from the building after receiving a threat.
The children were taken to East Intermediate School where they are being fed lunch.
Parents have been sent information on picking up their children.
The kids will not return to East Hickman Elementary Friday.
