NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) – A semi-truck jackknifed on Interstate 40 West early Saturday morning.
It happened near exit 188 around 7 a.m.
Police told News 2 the semi blew a tire and skidded against the guard rail.
The driver reportedly veered to the right and smashed into a rock wall. He was not injured in the crash.
The driver told News 2 the guard rail kept his rig from overturning and his seat belt kept him from being injured.
No additional information was released.
