NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — Metro police arrested 58-year-old Larrie Carroll, again, downtown Thursday.
Officers know him well. He has dozens of charges on his record for selling fake parking tickets to people at downtown lots.
According to police, they spotted Carroll on Second Avenue in a parking lot Thursday and immediately confronted him.
Metro police said they found tickets in Carroll’s pocket and he admitted he sold the tickets to drivers for $20 or $30.
Carroll is in jail, charged with criminal simulation and trespassing. He is due in court on Monday.
