NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) – Raw, plant-based and 100 percent vegan, Avo is the first of its kind in Nashville.
The super food restaurant has just opened in Charlotte Pike’s new OneC1TY development.
Avo’s menu changes seasonally based on what is available at local farms. Most entrées are created without stove tops or ovens and never heated unless otherwise stated.
Expected to take the Nashville food scene by storm, the restaurant’s chefs take traditional animal by products and create them using produce only. They create anything from cheese out of tree nuts and honey out of apples.
Avo is currently still serving a summer menu but will unveil their fall dishes next month.
