DECATUR COUNTY, Tenn. (WKRN) – Tuesday marks one year since the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation confirmed missing nursing student Holly Bobo’s remains had been found.

Bobo’s remains were discovered in rural Decatur County more than three years after her disappearance from her Parsons, Tennessee, home in April 2011.

“It was my prayer, as well as the prayers of many others, that Holly Bobo would be found. I assure you this is not over by any means. The investigation is still ongoing to get to the truth,” TBI Director Mark Gywn previously said.

Zach Adams, Dylan Adams and Jason Autry remain jailed in her death for first-degree murder, three counts of aggravated rape and two counts of especially aggravated kidnapping.

The state plans to pursue the death penalty in the case. A trial date has not been set.
