Chris Carter showed News 2 how to make biscuits just like they do and spilled a few more secrets about their breakfast menu.
He said one of the key ingredients is Hatcher Dairy Buttermilk. “It’s amazing,” Carter said.
He also used smoked salt, rendered pork fat, regular salt, and butter.
“We fill it with jam, Nutella, cream cheese frosting. We make pinwheels with sausage and cheese,” Carter said of the extra dough once the biscuits are created.
