Man walks into Nashville hospital after bullet grazes his head

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) – A man who was grazed by a bullet walked in to TriStar Skyline Medical Center early Tuesday morning.

Police told News 2 the bullet is lodged between the skin and bone of his head, but he’s been released from the hospital.

Officers found the vehicle that transported the victim on Old Matthews Road in north Nashville, but it’s unclear where the shooting actually took place.

The victim returned the scene while investigators were processing the vehicle, which had a bullet hole in it, police said.

The incident is still under investigation.
