HICKMAN COUNTY, Tenn. (WKRN) – A 26-year-old man has been arrested for a threat made against a Hickman County elementary school Tuesday.
Blaine Neltner Jr. was taken into custody on Wednesday after authorities linked him to the case.
He is charged with two counts of terrorism and two counts of filing a false report.
At the time of his arrest, he was also served on an unrelated charge for theft under $500.
Neltner is being held on over a $1 million bond.
The investigation is ongoing, but authorities said they believe it was an isolated incident and it is not believed he is involved in any other recent school threats.
