NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) – Metro police are still searching for the 17-year-old wanted in the shooting death of a 40-year-old east Nashville woman.
Rafael McKinney faces charged of criminal homicide in the death of Pamela Sowell, who was shot on July 3 in the James Cayce public housing development.
Police reported Sowell got into a heated argument with several people prior to the shooting.
McKinney may still be in the Nashville area. Anyone seeing McKinney or having information regarding his whereabouts is urged to contact Crime Stoppers at 615-74-CRIME.
