HENDERSONVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) – A 23-year-old White House man faces charges after Hendersonville police say pointed a gun at a teen while robbing him.
Jonathan Cartee was arrested and charged with one count of aggravated robbery and one count of possession of a weapon. His bond was set at $100,000.
Police responded to a robbery in the Walmart parking lot at 204 North Anderson Ln. Sunday at 10:37 p.m.
When they arrived, officers found a teen who told them he had been robbed by a man with a gun.
Officers discovered the teen was attempting to buy marijuana from the suspect. The teen was robbed of his money when he got into the suspect’s vehicle, according to police.
A female juvenile the teen was familiar with was also in the vehicle at the time of the robbery, and charges against her are expected.
Cartee is due in court on Sept. 9, 2015 at 9 a.m.
