Rock thrown at car in Brentwood

BRENTWOOD, Tenn. (WKRN) – A Rutherford County woman’s dash cam captured video of a passenger throwing a rock at her car last week.

Angela Jordan said she was driving down Sunset Road near the Governor’s Club in Williamson County last Tuesday around 5:45 p.m. when someone launched a rock out of a black car that was traveling in the opposite direction.

The rock struck Jordan’s windshield, causing a baseball-sized crack.

Angela Jordan said the car involved is a black four-door Infiniti with a front license tag that features some sort of logo.

“It was shocking,” she said. “I wasn’t expecting it and then of course anger set in. The money that would have gone to getting [my daughter] school stuff went to replacing the windshield instead.”

According to Jordan, the car involved is a black four-door Infiniti with a front license tag that features some sort of logo.

The driver, according to Jordan, is a young white male with short brown hair.

She added he was smiling as he passed her following the incident.

“I don’t think there is too much you can say to them because they are stupid,” Jordan said. “I want them to be caught and prosecuted.”

Brentwood police said there have been two other similar reports filed on the same day involving a similar car description.

Anyone with information on this case is urged to call Brentwood police at 615-371-0160.
