NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) – A teenager was shot and killed Tuesday night in south Nashville at the Tony Sudekum Homes.
It happened at 9:45 p.m. on University Court near Charles E. Davis Boulevard.
Metro police told News 2 the victim, 16-year-old Dejuan Lytle, was shot in the stomach.
Lytle was sitting on a porch when he was approached by two men. Police said an argument ensued and was followed by gunshots.
The teenager suffered life-threatening injuries and was transported to Vanderbilt University Medical Center where he later died.
